The kitchen and dining area include a cozy dining table with six chairs, a full-sized refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, and a coffee maker. While it may not be a fully equipped kitchen of the quality like your home, it is equipped with all major appliances and some basic kitchenware to make simple meals. An additional twin air mattress may be available upon request for parties greater than 10 people, with an additional fee. Extra bedding sheets for the air mattress and bath towels are provided for parties of 8 guests or more or available upon prior request at booking. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. Small pets under 25 lbs may be approved with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is strictly at 10 am, with a penalty fee of half the night’s stay for late check-out. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited anywhere inside or outside within 10 ft of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events are allowed. The maximum capacity of the house is 10 people, with no overnight visitors not listed on your reservation. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per guest per night. Guests must ensure they have a crime-free record and will not carry any weapons to the property. The property is pet-free unless prior authorization is given. The house is equipped with cameras outside for added security, and guests are required to follow all community guidelines. Please keep the property clean inside and outside, and do not park any car on the street after 9 pm. The maximum number of cars allowed on the premises is 4 standard-size cars. The house receives regular pest control treatment, but insects and pests may still be present due to the Georgia southern climate. The living space includes a desk and chair for a working space, providing a comfortable area for remote work.
