This one bedroom unit has an enclosed porch with your own separate entrance. The bathroom with shower includes linens; the bedroom includes bed and dresser. There is a cozy study room as well, furnished with a desk, bookcase, and chair. The kitchen includes table and chairs, dishes, silverware, microwave, refrigerator, and gas stove. The living room has a couch and chair (which is pictured in the office but can be moved.) There is lots of closet space. No pets. No smoking. We ask for a 3 month initial commitment, then the rental agreement is month to month. ALL utilities included: electric, gas, water, cable, Wifi internet, trash, lawn care and snow removal. There are also window air conditioners installed during summer months. Your once monthly rent payment covers it all!
