The backyard is very large, and the deck is built with Trex plank! The two-car garage is oversized and has floor-to-ceiling shelving along one side. This property does have Air Conditioning. Dogs and cats are allowed. Pets must be no less than 12 months old. If approved, there is a $300 Deposit per pet plus $35 per month added to rent per pet.
