All appliances are included, including refrigerator, washer and dryer. 5 blocks from the bus station and a few blocks from Walgreens, Giant and places to eat. Off street parking spot and guest parking. Small pets are allowed (only 2 per association). The West Chester rental permit does not allow Student renters.
