The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 605 Place Student Housing & Co-Living
Management sucks, rude staff, the building isn’t very well taken care of, no parking lot cameras for security, etc. I had my fog light cover from my car stolen while parking here…. They charge way too much for the quality of an apartment you’ll live in…. They gave me a fraction of my security deposit back after I had scrubbed the place spotless, charging me for previous wear that was there when I moved in!! Not to mention that when I did move in the carpets had nasty stains on them and gunk in them after I had been told they had been carpet cleaned. The walls and doors had lotion sprays and weird mysterious dried liquids splattered on them. Nothing was cleaned! Don’t let the luxury of having your own bathroom fool you like it did me. It’s not worth it!! I paid so much money monthly to this place. Trust me it just isn’t worth it. Red stone residential and 605 place have lost all respect. Each apartment has 4 tenets sharing 1000 sq feet paying an arm and a leg. They make so much money off of you and con till they get every single penny.
Poor management, very unprofessional and very lacking in management skills.
Management was pleasant up until my son signed the lease for 605 place. Since then there have been a few problems such as “glitches” in their IT department for auto pay, (Alexis words at the front office) charging my son $250.00 in late rent. Repairs in the apartment have been ignored after several requests have been made over several weeks. After moving out and still paying rent (they have given bogus reasons why applicants can’t take over his contract, but have another room available) he finds out someone has been living in his room ( which he had cleaned and locked) and management tells my son it is his problem to solve not theirs. I hope we can resolve this issue but it doesn’t look too promising as of right now. 605 needs to let my son out of his contract and rent to the person he caught living in his empty room!
Management doesn’t care about the residents. They are rude and need to learn some manners.
Management is a joke. Never in the office, never pick up the phone
The apartments themselves are pretty nice, but they are totally overpriced and the staff makes living there a nightmare. The office workers are extremely rude, especially alexis. If you call her regarding an issue, she will laugh and hang up. The maintenance workers are horribly rude as well. They will pound on the door and if you don't answer immediately, they enter without consent. My unit also had a broken AC in the middle of summer, and wasn't attended to for 3+ months. Don't let the positive reviews fool you, this place is a total nightmare. Not to mention the staff losing my rent checks, the random fees, etc. Also in the contract it states that you will receive your security deposit within 30 days, after multiple calls to the leasing office and property management, it took over 2 months of hassle to get it back. I never leave reviews but I felt the need to on this one. Don't waste your money here, it's not worth the hassle that comes with it.
I am very excited to be moving to 605 Place in August especially because they will be brand new apartments close to campus since I don't have a car. Management has been super helpful and answered all my questions.
