Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment located in the University of Akron. This is a 2nd floor unit access from that rear of the building via the stairs. All parking is in the rear of the building. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator and stove. The bedroom offers ample space for relaxation and rest, while the bathroom features a clean and functional design. With its prime location, this apartment provides easy access to a variety of local amenities, including shopping centers, restaurants, downtown Akron and entertainment options. We are currently not accepting pets. This is a No Smoking unit. Security Deposit is equal to one month of rent. Utilities are $200 fixed per month. Proof of renter's insurance is required at move in to receive your keys. All residents that are 18 years old or older are required to fill out an application ($50) and are subject to a credit and background check. Please note: All showings are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:00 and Saturday 10 AM to 2:00 PM. No Showings on Sundays and Holidays.
