This apartment is filled with upscale and vintage decor, vinyl floors, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, and a Smart TV in the living room. For light sleepers, there are white noise machines, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer. Private off-street parking is available for one vehicle. If parking for additional cars is needed, street permit parking is available for $15 per additional vehicle per night. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 per pet for the entire stay. Centrally located in downtown Columbus, this apartment is close to the Short North District, Goodale Park, the Greater Columbus Convention Center, and Nationwide Arena Stadium. It's less than a mile to Ohio State University campus and the Kroger Food Market, with easy access to major highways and public transportation. This apartment shares a wall with a neighboring unit, so some city or neighbor noise is possible. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
