Off-street parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. The location is perfect for exploring Short North, with many great restaurants and bars on North High Street. Bakersfield, known for its margaritas and tacos, and Jeni's Ice Cream are just down the block. The apartment is a short walk from the Short North District and the Greater Columbus Convention Center, and less than a mile from Ohio State University campus, the downtown Columbus area, and Kroger Food Market. It also offers easy access to major highways and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared walls with the neighboring unit. The apartment is also conveniently located near the highway, so occasional noise may be expected. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM, and loud music is not allowed at any time. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge.
