Centrally located in downtown Columbus, this apartment is a short walk from the Greater Columbus Convention Center, the Short North District, and Nationwide Arena Stadium. It's also less than a mile from downtown Columbus, The Ohio State University campus, and Kroger Food Market. You can easily walk to many attractions in the Short North and Convention Center area, or take a quick ride to explore the Columbus area. Occasional highway noise may be expected due to the convenient location near the highway. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, though smoking is permitted outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-out will result in an additional charge of $300. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately.
