The kitchen and dining area include a cozy dining table with chairs, a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, oven, and coffee maker. Although it may not be a fully equipped kitchen like your home, it is equipped with basic kitchenware to prepare simple meals. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a walk-in closet. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, an onsite washer and dryer, and an extra queen air mattress available on site. A twin air mattress is available upon request for parties greater than 10 people. Extra bedding sheets for the air mattress and bath towels are provided for parties of 8 guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is strictly at 10 am, with a penalty fee of half the night’s stay for late check-out. No smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is allowed inside or outside within 10 feet of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events that disturb neighbors are allowed. The maximum capacity of the house is 10 people, with no overnight visitors not listed on your reservation. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per guest per night.
