Though it may not be a fully equipped kitchen like your home, it is equipped with basic kitchenware to make simple meals. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a walk-in closet. Additional bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, and there is an extra queen air mattress available on site. An additional twin air mattress may be available upon request for parties greater than 10 people, with an additional charge. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. Pets may be approved with prior authorization, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is strictly at 10 am, with a penalty fee of half the night’s stay for late check-out. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside or outside within 10 feet of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events that disturb neighbors are allowed. The maximum capacity is 10 people, with no overnight visitors not listed on the reservation. Unregistered guests will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night. The property is pet-free unless prior authorization is given. Please respect the privacy of neighbors and keep the property clean. Parking is limited to 4 standard-size cars, with no overnight street parking allowed. The property is equipped with security cameras outside for added security.
