Guests can enjoy a little bit of everything; from neighborhood pool access, a quick 9 minute drive to the historic Murrells Inlet MarshWalk along with enjoying the “Golf Capital of the World.” The Myrtle Beach area has over 80 amazing golf courses, along with one of a kind eating experiences from Pawleys Island up to Broadway at the Beach (only a 22 minute drive). Also a quick 15 minute drive to the historic and gorgeous Brookgreen Gardens. You shouldn’t miss it. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house can accommodate 6 guests. Featuring hardwood and tile floors throughout the main areas of the home with plush, luxurious carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen is complete with full appliances, dinnerware and cookware; to provide the same amenities of home. The common area offers an open concept; kitchen/dining/living room with plenty of seating. The living room area offers a 75” TV to give guests a movie type experience. Just off of the main kitchen area is a comfortable coffee nook, with swivel chairs where you can catch a quick game of tic-tac-toe. The main bedroom has a king size bed with a desk for those who may need to do a little work while on vacation. It also has access to a full bathroom with a double sink, walk-in shower, and bathtub. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with a 43” TV. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin sized beds also with a 43” TV. A full bathroom is in the hallway between Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3. It provides a bath/shower combo with a single sink. This home also provides a full laundry room giving the same luxuries of your home. Ceiling fans are located in each bedroom and the main living room. Outdoor living includes a gas grill as well as pool access. Parking: 2 car garage as well as 2 car parking in the driveway. No overnight parking in the street per HOA guidelines. The garage is fully stocked with 8+ beach chairs, beach toys, a collapsible beach wagon, the large (OG) Shibumi, beach games, etc. Everything you need to have the BEST beach day with your friends and family.
