This rental home is a nice end unit at a convenient location. Right next to Foothills Mall, Starbucks, popular brand name restaurants and retail outlets are all close by. Its exterior might look plain- but the property was renovated and has an absolutely gorgeous interior. It has an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings in living room, dining room and kitchen. Besides a huge SUN ROOM, it features relatively new hardwood floors throughout the living areas except in bathrooms which are tile-floored. Laundry is in unit and comes with washer and dryer hookups. The cozy interior will warm you up during the winter, while in the summer you can cool off in the beautiful community swimming pool! Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 630!!
