Rent is $1,900/month, and the security deposit is $1,900, both due prior to move-in along with any applicable fees. Tenants are responsible for water, sewer, gas, electric, and cable/internet. Trash is included in the rent. Anyone 18 or older must submit a separate application. The application fee is $60 per person and includes credit, background, and rental history checks.
