Cleaning Fee: $350 due upfront (covers move out clean) We provide a bi - monthly cleaning (included in the monthly rent) which is required for any leases longer than one month. Pet Fee: $185/pet (2 pets max) We do have some breed restrictions so please inquire. Parking available on site for up to 3 vehicles.
