I am a new resident, but so far so good! The staff was super helpful and kind when I was applying/touring/moving in. I love how dog friendly the apartment complex is and all of the special amenities (including the convenience store).
Absolutely love the location of this building. Apartments feel dated compared to all of the new builds that are popping up around Phoenix. Have seen some improvements to community spaces / general spaces like stairwells and such but would love to see a better effort to keep these places clean and amenities working.

601 Pax used to be good. Unfortunately, the high turnover of employees in the office has sent it downhill. Heres my experience since moving here in November 2023: 1. I recently had my package stolen from the mailroom, which was caught in surveillance camera. I reached out to the office for the video (which they showed me at first). Once I filed a police report and requested for the video to be sent to me, the office started to ghost me. I called the office several times and each time it was “We have to contact our lawyer to make sure we are in our legal rights to supply the video.” Even though they already showed it to me… Then I called to speak to the property manager who wanted me to submit the request in email (which I did). It’s been over a month since then and no response yet. I’ve left several voicemails and they just have no intentions on helping me find the person who stole my package, who also lives in the complex. 2. Upstairs neighbor washer leaked and caused water damage to my ceiling and made the paint bubble and the trim from the utility closet swell. It took a whole week for them to come out and repair it, then it took another week for them to paint over it. 3. A lot of homeless people jump the gates and dumpster dive. They claim they have security here, but I never see them. The office also never changes the dog poop bags, so if you walk around 6th ave you will probably see dog poop everywhere. In conclusion, the apartments are pretty nice, but they are way overpriced for the size. The pool is really nice and there is a grill area, but the office and property manager make it frustrating as hell to live here. I’m highly considering moving somewhere else.

Although I haven't moved in yet, I wanted to share my positive experience so far. From the moment I toured the apartment complex, I was impressed with how well-maintained and inviting everything is. The leasing office staff were welcoming, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, which made the entire process so smooth. The apartment itself is exactly what I’ve been looking for—spacious, modern, and well-designed. The floor plans are open, with plenty of natural light, and I loved the high-end finishes like the stainless-steel appliances and the beautiful flooring. I also appreciate all the amenities offered, such as the fitness center and the outdoor space. The entire complex feels like a great place to live, and I'm really looking forward to settling in. I’ve heard great things about the management team, and after my experience, I’m confident I made the right choice. I can’t wait to officially call this place home!

The apartment is fine -- Wish there was better parking options, and wish the hallways/shared spaces were kept up more. There are so many other apartments downtown that we are unsure if we will renew.

The complex has many pets, and I assume some pet owners help clean up after their dogs. However, at night, some pet owners allow their dogs to relieve themselves around the complex, especially in the grill areas and near the trash bin, and they often leave the waste behind.

Over all, is a really nice place. There has been different management for a reason that now it seems to be doing good. The Bike storage needs to be closed up or changed into something else because it is an empty space at this point. (With previous bike being stolen and the room getting really dusty)

601 PAX is a great place to live! The complex is clean, safe, in a great location and just an all around great property. The staff is also very nice and helpful and are quick to responding to any questions or issues you may have. I just signed my lease renewal not too long ago and will continue to live here in the following years. The apartments themselves are also very nice and having your own washer and dryer in the unit is a huge plus and makes life so much easier when needing to do laundry!! They also have a convenient store on property that sells drinks, food, coffee and other items. The package room is a huge plus too and makes receiving any package stress free so you don’t have to worry about getting your items stolen. Any package I have received goes into a secured locker, which you receive a code via text/email that only you can open!

A year later, and so far so good. I really do not have any complaints with 601 PAX! I love the amenities, the community is filled with all kinds of shops, eateries, sport bars etc. My building is well maintained, maintenance is prompt and responsive. Neighbors are friendly.

Really nice place, only thing would be nice is if they do something about the bike storage. Not secure as bikes there are missing something with broken locks and dusty
We really like 601 PAX and all of the amenities it has to offer. It’s located downtown, with lots of great restaurants nearby. The leasing staff is always very quick to help which is super nice.
We love the location of 601 PAX - being in the center of downtown gives us so many options for food, activities, and more! The amenities here are also fantastic, we love hanging out at the pool, grabbing snacks at the bodega, etc. The leasing staff is very friendly and we've really enjoyed living here so far!

Great place to live, decent community, friendly staff and neighbors. Maintenance also is promptly responsive. I have not had any issues since living here.

All in all, is not bad if you don't have a bike or a dog however it is dirtier than other places I've lived at. The garbage around the building (by the garage and especially the dog park) is barely picked up that it pills up. The dog park is dirty so you can see is people around who don't pick up after their dog. Security cameras are a joke because management has no access to it so is just there for show. BIKE STORAGE is not only super dirty but someone is stealing bikes and the camera doesn't even record. I take my dog out late at night and make sure that the bike storage door is locked yet the next day, you would see a lock chain broken or a bike torn apart if not stolen. You can see everyone putting their bikes in their balcony because of it. FYI This past Sunday either a guest or someone in the building brought in their 2 big dogs in the pool no respecting others, so you can see what type of people are around
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! To all the staff at 601 Pax. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The facility is clean, upbeat, vibrant has great amenities. This place has all you need to feel relaxed at home but also the amenities to enjoy time outside of your place. Rooftop views, clubhouse, pool, weight room , hot tub, delivery store. They even have personal dry cleaning. Gotta love 601 Pax. Shout out to Corey for showing me around and making my move in process smooth. Thank you to the property manager for making sure all my needs and wants were met and helping me get set up on all the apps and amenities that make this place are spot to call home! I recommend everyone come here to check it out!
Overall I’m very happy with my experience this far and the property! The unites are beautiful l, the property is well kept and clean and is in a great location. It also has some pretty amazing views that can’t be beat! Great place to live!

I have been a resident for almost two years at 601 Pax. Firstly, I have observed a concerning trend of residents disregarding community policies by leaving trash in the halls indiscriminately, leading to foul odors and an unsightly environment. Despite potential sanctions, this behavior continues unchecked, and it is disappointing to see the lack of enforcement. Additionally, there have been multiple instances of individuals smoking marijuana in the hallways, despite the clear prohibition on smoking within the premises. Furthermore, loud music is frequently played, causing disturbances that reverberate through the walls of my apartment. Despite numerous attempts to report noise complaints, it is disheartening that no one responds to address the issue. Recently, there was a disturbing incident where someone urinated inside the elevator, leaving a lingering smell for days. Similarly, the gym facilities have been plagued by an unpleasant odor for several days, and essential equipment remains broken without any attempt at repair. This negligence in maintaining communal spaces is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management team. Security concerns have also become apparent, with the main gate being left fully open on multiple occasions, compromising the safety of residents. This lax approach to security is particularly troubling, especially considering recent incidents of theft in the garage area. Despite attempts to raise awareness through the community app, it appears that incidents of theft are not being adequately addressed or communicated to residents. This lack of transparency is concerning and undermines the trust residents have in the management team. Lastly, there have been instances of residents bringing glass bottles to the pool area, which is clearly prohibited and poses a safety risk to others. As a resident of 601 Pax, I had hoped for a living environment that upholds standards of luxury and safety. However, the current state of affairs falls far short of these expectations, and urgent action is needed to address these issues. I implore the management team to prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of residents by enforcing community policies, enhancing security measures, and maintaining the quality of amenities. It is worth noting that many residents are becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the living conditions and are considering leaving.

601 pax has been really great with helping find my apartment plan that fits my family and very helpful with the tour. The girls up front are extremely helpful and very kind. The grounds are very clean and the up kept is amazing. Love the common room so much. Great place to live that’s forsure.

601 Pax is a wonderful community. The staff is exceptionally great, responsive and helpful, the Maintenance is the best I've seen in an apartment complex, and the community is really a great place to live. I've enjoyed my 4 years here, and I am very happy with my choice to live here.
I've lived downtown for almost 20 years and at 601 PAX for 4 years. It's by far the best community for the price. Quiet, clean, very safe. Friendly and attentive managment. Amazing amentities. Love the gym and pool. I especially love the bodega and that they deliver to the apartments. You can't find that in a community anywhere in Downtown Phoenix.
