This apartment is wheelchair accessible. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breeds], with an additional pet fee based on stay length. Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there’s plenty for you to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. You’ll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, and shops and attractions around every corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area. Find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
