This is an end unit. All units in the complex are one story. Water is included at no charge. Renters only pay gas and electric. Owner pays the association fee. Very quiet space with friendly neighbors. Contact Steve, the owner to apply. No application fee. I will email you the application to begin the process. Renter to provide owner with a screenshot of their credit score with the application. We do not accept dogs. Tenancy is month to month- monthly rent is $1600, and deposit is $1000.
