Touches of the home’s original eloquence have been preserved and modernized. The spacious living room features original hard wood floors and is furnished with a large sectional sofa. The smart TV is equipped with YouTube TV and Netflix for relaxing indoors. A large deck off the living room offers the dedicated eating space where any beach lover will appreciate dining in with a view of the sunset over the waterway. Pull up a seat and watch boaters and wildlife play in the salty waters! The kitchen flows seamlessly from the main living space, providing an inviting place for guests to gather. A large farmhouse sink and ample counter space makes meal prep a simple pleasure.
