The fully equipped kitchen includes utensils, cookware, plates, glasses, a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster, with bar-top seating available. The spacious bedroom boasts a cozy king-size bed, and an attached full bathroom features a walk-in shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Off-street parking is included in the driveway of the home and two reserved parking spaces are available. This home boasts an unbeatable location, just a 5-10 minute walk to the Downtown Historic area and top attractions like Ripley's and Castillo de San Marcos.
