Must have their own mower/trimmer and lawn watering hoses/sprinklers. Tenant Pays: Propane ~$150-200/month (Big Horn Co-op - Riverton - 500g Tank) Electric: ~$90/month (High Plains Power) Trash Service: ~$50/month (Wyoming Waste Systems or Hopper Disposal ) Owner Pays: Sewer/Water/Septic 1 Year Lease: after which goes month to month with at least 60 days notice prior to move out.
