Beautiful place to live, with the best residents!
Loved living here. Marilia is great. Nice, calm area to live. Good nice from everything. Maintenance crew was fast the one time I needed them.
My husband and I have lived at 6 North for a few months now and have had nothing but great experiences. The staff is welcoming and helpful, and the gym and clubhouse are amazing.
Me and my husband were just there to view the place as this was one of our leasing option when we moved to NH. The lady at the leasing center was very unprofessional in the way she treated us. Did not receive even a single 'hello' when we walked in. She made us sit directly and just threw the plans and other paperwork very carelessly on the table in front of us. Then we were led by her to see the place. All along the tour she did not say a word to explain the features of the apartment. She just let us see the place all by ourselves and was very hesitant or unresponsive for most of our questions. She was just willing to show one of their two floor plans that were available. When we asked for the viewing of the second floor plan, she very rudely snapped at us saying that she would not walk there as it was far and that we need to drive. By this time, we realized that something was terribly wrong and we in no way deserve to be treated like this just by a leasing "professional". Then my husband asked her if there was something that we did that put her off, for which she responded saying she didn't know what we were talking about. After all this had passed, we started walking back to the leasing office and gave her back the applications and told nothing and walked away. As potential renters with a very decent background, we in no way deserve to be treated like the way we were at 6 North- no matter how nice the apartments are. Fearing everything that we would have to go through if we were to live on this property, we took our business elsewhere and are very happy with our current place. Hope the other potential residents considering 6 North benefit from my review.
