About This Home
Hi everyone! We are looking for one or two people to take over our second-floor living space when we move out (fleixble move in date from December 1st to January 1st). This private upstairs level is about 904 square feet and feels like its own comfortable apartment within our single-family home. It includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a private kitchen, and your own washer and dryer. The layout gives you the perfect mix of privacy and convenience, and if it’s helpful, we’re open to leaving some furniture behind. *Utilities included in the rental amount per month* Move-in is flexible — anywhere from early December to January — and we’re happy to work around your timeline. The monthly rent posted already includes all utilities, so there are no extra bills to juggle. That covers electricity, heat, gas, water, trash, snow pathway clearing, lawn care, and Fiber 1 Gig WiFi. Pets are welcome with a small monthly fee. You’ll also have access to the unfinished attic and full unfinished basement, which makes storing things incredibly easy. On top of that, the detached garage has two levels, and the entire second floor of the garage is fully renovated. It’s a great recreational hangout spot — perfect for hobbies, gaming, working out, yoga, or small gatherings. The home sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a long, wide driveway and two exits, so parking and coming and going is simple. In 2021, the house got a refresh: updated appliances, fresh paint, a newer furnace, improved ductwork (Central heat and A/C), and a fully redone first-floor bathroom. The backyard has a floating deck with a gazebo, lots of hydrangeas, and a pizza oven — a fun bonus for anyone who likes hosting or relaxing outdoors. Even with the quiet setting, you’re just minutes from Costco, Whole Foods, BJ’s, and many other places. A bit about us: we’re in our late 20s, both school psychologists, usually out during the day. We keep the home clean, relaxed, and friendly, and the upstairs has been a really comfortable space for us. We’re hoping to find people who will enjoy it just as much. If the second floor sounds like a good fit or you have questions, feel free to reach out — happy to talk and find a move-in date that works for you.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
