This home offers breathtaking water views and a serene location on a dead-end road. Island Sunrise offers amenities galore. The well-appointed kitchen includes a 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, and French-door fridge, and is fully furnished with dishes, glassware, and cooking acoutrements. The kitchen also offers a wide array of small appliances, including an air fryer and juicer. The living room features a wrap-around sofa with individually controlled recliners, a 65-inch smart TV, and a gas fireplace. There are two full baths, one on each floor, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the private yard with a sandy beach path leading to Plum Island’s oceanfront beach, a firepit with Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill. Small to medium dogs may be considered for extended-stay, off-season guests only, with additional fees applied and dogs considered on a case-by-case basis. Guests must provide the dog's name, breed, age, and weight. Pets left alone at the home will need to be crated. Off-street parking is available for three cars. From this home, a sandy beach path leads to Plum Island’s oceanfront beach. Island Sunrise offers many vantage points to savor the sunrise: the back patio, the upper deck, the screened porch, and the living room. From the front deck, enjoy happy hour as the sun sets over the marsh. Explore downtown's unique boutiques, amazing antiques, fabulous food, craft beer, local wines, and hip coffee shops. Hike, pedal, or paddle to explore Parker River and Joppa Flats. Smoking or vaping in the home or on the property is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine and immediate eviction. Parties, events, performing artists, or bands are not allowed at any time and are cause for eviction with no refund. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Two dedicated workspaces with a desk and chair are available in both the bunk room and the guest room. Each property features a starter set of supplies for guests which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and hand soap. The beds are fully made and ready for your arrival with freshly laundered linens. A set of towels for each registered guest is included in the rental rate. For family friendly homes, a luxury Pack-n-Play or other children's furnishings are available for an additional charge, as availability permits. [SI]
