I have only been here two months and so far it’s super noisy. There is No noise ordinance set in place so If you like peace and quiet for, the most part, you won’t get that over here! The appliances The apartment is nice to look at but not for the Price! My cabinets and used appliances are so sloppily installed they are already coming off the hinges.DID I SAY NO W/D Hookup. The ancient Sliding patio doors are annoying because they are metal and make a loud sound when opening and closing them. Yes you can hear your neighbors door open too! Oh, and the “Laundry Unit” has washers and dryers with NO HEAT. I would highly not recommend
Property is crumbling. Constantly under new management. I've been in my apartment almost 4 years and the management people are super lazy. Nothing gets fixed even after numerous maintenance requests. Crime is up as well
I wou l d give it 0 stars if I could. This is an older property that h at has not been maintained. I've lived in my apartment for 10 years and management has had 6 different management companies. Over the past 4 years my half bath has ceased to work has has yet to be fixed despite numerous requests. I've been told since I have one working toilet that they won't fix it. One week ago the kitchen sinks and dishwasher back up with water o to my floor. They sent a plumber who said that he had to get permission to fix it. Someone from met came Thursday to tell us not to use our kitchen sinks or dishwasher. That's the last time we saw or heard from them. After calling for emergency help 4 hours ago, I've not heard from them since.
