West Albany sits 17 miles northeast of Columbus and is part of the larger suburb of New Albany. West Albany is a relatively upscale area, with new housing developments and amenity-laden apartment communities. The area is also popular with students thanks to its relative proximity to seven different Ohio colleges, including Ohio State University. The nearby Hoover Reservoir and the shoreline parks that surround it make for a relaxing afternoon, and the area is close to nearly six prestigious golf courses. The restaurants and shops of West Albany line Hamilton Road and New Albany Road. However, the buzz of Downtown Columbus is just a 20-minute drive via Interstate 670.

Howard Hanna Real Estate Svcs
"Thank You for giving me the opportunity to Serve you. I am 100% committed to being your Go-To Residential & Commercial Real E state Source. It is my mission and fiduciary duty to go above and beyond to "Serve and Solve" all your real estate needs . The highest compliment my clients can give me is the referral of their friends, family and business partners." You never know where life will take you, but as long as you surround yourself with good people and work hard in every role, you will always find your way. In 2017, I made one of the best decisions of my life – I followed my passion for real estate and committed to it full time. Since 2004, I had owned a Subway franchise that was very successful. I also received my REALTORS® license in 2006. For 10 years, I pursued real estate part time while also running my store. It was an incredible amount of work to handle every element of both businesses, but I loved it. The decision to sell the store was a hard one because it had become such a big part of my life, but I saw my future in real estate. Growing up, I had a natural self-starter attitude. I was born and lived in Flushing, New York until I was 12 then we moved to Paramus, New Jersey. Having two very different experiences living Queens NY and Paramus NJ has helped me become very well-rounded and also familiar with all people and cultures. It is true that the people you surround yourself with help shape who you are. My parents have always taught me that if I want something, I will have to work hard for it. They immigrated from Greece and had to establish a new life here. My mother was a leader in many Greek organizations and was very influential in our community. My father owned a painting contracting business, and it inspired my brother and me to start our own while in college. I had gone to Johns Hopkins University with plans to become a doctor before transferring to the University of South Florida. Our painting contracting business did exceptionally well. We painted a lot of high end luxury homes– it was a big step away from being a doctor, but I felt fulfilled in an entrepreneurial role. When the opportunity arose to own a Subway franchise in Ohio, I knew it was something I could excel at. Through the painting business, we worked with a lot of realtors and it started my journey into getting a real estate license. It was a lot to take on at once, especially while starting a family and having my two sons, but I was committed to creating a successful and fulfilling life for myself and my family. The years I dedicated to the franchise taught me the value of approaching business with people at the forefront of every decision. We received several customer service awards and won franchise of the year multiple times. I always prioritized the customers and created a great service experience. When I transitioned into real estate, I was excited to expand my reach and offer the same people focused service. Luxury isn’t a price point; it is a level of service that everyone deserves. My first year as a full-time REALTOR® was incredible. Helping people through a complex process and working one-on-one with them to achieve their goals is a rewarding endeavor. Marketing became one of my greatest assets. Preparing homes for the market and creating a strategic marketing plan makes all the difference in getting the best deal possible. a. The culmination of my experiences has led me exactly where I belong, in real estate.
