Looking to sublease my apartment for the remainder of my rental agreement (Jan - July 31st). It is a one-bed, one-bath unit on the first floor with a walk out patio space. Rent is $720 a month (all utilities included - even internet! But you're on your own for cable) with a $720 deposit. Laundry is coin-operated on each floor. Off-street parking with the option to pay for a garage space. I really love this small apartment as it is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. It is VERY pet-friendly for cats and dogs (no weight restrictions) with a one-time pet deposit. As it is a first floor unit, it was also very easy to move into. There isn't a ton of storage space, but each one-bedroom has a large storage stall, and the one I'm using is right across from my unit. The building also features a gym on the main floor that tenants are free to use. If I didn't need to move, I would absolutely want to stay in this apartment as it is located on Lincoln, not far from the west HyVee with easy access to Highway 30. The landlord has also been great to work with and has responded quickly to any concerns or questions I have had. Please let me know if you are interested in taking a look at the place, and we can set up a showing. I am ready to move whenever, so if you'd like to be in this month, I can make that happen (I've already paid the December rent so you'd get a bit of a freebie!).
