This Is Amazing property to live in. My husband, and I Have been here for 27 year's. We love the neighborhood, everyone is so friendly. My physical condition will no longer allow me to handle the steps, I had surgery, and it's getting tough for me to do the steps. You have to be in shape to live here. Once you get upstairs it's heaven. Beautiful space, and lighting we have plants everywhere. The rooms have high ceilings, great lighting, and you can decorate however you want. i will be leaving some stuff for you to make the move much easier for you, and me. Porch furniture, deck furniture, I am leaving for you. Both T.V's with furniture, and built in bed, , Some beautiful pieces to store stuff. My office has built in closet's and desk. . I will even leave dishes, glasses, silverware. The location is fantastic, you can walk everywhere. We are few blocks from the park. People come from all over to be at the park. Walk dogs, swim, volley ball, tennis courts, You name we have it. Pittsburgh zoo, entertainment at the park. Transportation everywhere, walk to the bus stop, one street over restaurant's, grocery store, coffee shop, clothes store, We are 15min away from everything. My home has plenty of space for you to get everything you want & Need to use. I have a garage in the back for you to use for a car or storage. Dog yard set up also if you have a dog. I have two dogs right now. It's very quiet where I live, no traffic at all, hear a few buses that's it. I'm ONLY LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO CARE THE WAY THEY LIVE!!! I take pride in my home, and the way I care. When we move out, we will have thee whole house freshly painted inside, all new rugs in the bedrooms, It will look brand new when you move in. We put all new windows in where needed, air is so beautiful with the windows open. we have a new central air put in last year. We want you to enjoy the home as if it is yours, decorate however you want. We have enjoyed living here, it's going to be sad to leave, but it's time. Looking forward to hearing from you.
