Nestled on 20 fenced in acres, plus cross fence and gated, with an additional barn, it is the perfect setting for someone with livestock, or someone just looking for open spaces as Montana becomes more crowded! Pet Rent would be required and priced upon animal and amount. W/D included with unit. Applicant Requirements: -MUST BE APPROVED TO TOUR UNIT -Application Fee *non-refundable* -700 Credit Score minimum -Provide Income Verification in the form of 3 of your most recent paystubs; income must be 3x the amount of rent -Copy of ID provided with application -Security Deposit $2500 *due upon application approval before move in date Lease Options: 6 months, 1 Year, or 2 year lease Available: September 15th, 2023 The lease break charge will be equivalent to 1 month's rent of $2500 plus a reletting charge of $2500.
