Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Whitestown, Indiana, you'll be just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. With easy access to major highways, you'll be just a short drive away from downtown Indianapolis and all of its many attractions. The surrounding area offers a variety of amenities and attractions, including restaurants and bars like Dooley O'Toole's Irish Pub and The Loft Restaurant & Dairy Bar, retail destinations like the Whitestown Town Center, entertainment options like the Lucas Oil Raceway, parks and green spaces like the Whitestown Municipal Complex, and museums and cultural attractions like the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum and the Children's Museum of Indianapolis. Check-in details will be sent on the day of check-in. Check out time is 11 am (unless otherwise approved). Absolutely no smoking is allowed, and there's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort are allowed. Violators will be reported to police, and the contract will be terminated immediately. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This unit is equipped with noise detection monitors. An unauthorized animal/pet fee is $250.00. Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves, as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and building, and noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors.
