Just blocks from Washington University and Forest Park this rare 6 Bedroom home is ideally located in close proximity to some of the best St. Louis has to offer. Walking distance to Washington University and Forest Park (St. Louis Zoo, Muny, St. Louis Science Center, St. Louis Art Museum, Highlands Golf and Tennis Center, etc), less than a minute drive to Forest Park Parkway giving easy access to downtown (7 minutes to Barnes Hospital, 10 minutes to Saint Louis University). This home is expansive with almost 2,500 square feet on the main floors and a painted basement that could be furnished for additional space if desired. Each of the 6 bedrooms is VERY spacious and able to easily accommodate a king-sized bed. Each bedroom also has it's own AC unit for personalized comfort in each room. Most of the house was just remodeled so will be a fresh and vibrant space to move into. All new stainless-steel appliances will be included (refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, and portable dishwasher). There are washer/dryer hookups in the basement and washer/dryer can be made available for an additional monthly charge (ask for details). The yard is fully fenced in the back if you have any pets and there are two decks (one large one in front and one in back). There is also a concrete pad in the back for parking as well as street parking in the front. This truly is a great home in a great location and neighborhood. Tenant to pay all utilities. Flexible on lease timing. Aug-May preferable, but can work with someone on a longer term lease if desired and qualified. Dogs are allowed. $300 non-refundalbe pet fee due at lease signing in addition to the standard one month deposit and then an additional $25/per pet per month. Washer and dryer hookups are in place and washer and dryer can be made available for an additional $50/mo if desired.
