Sunny 1 bedroom, 1 bath, top floor, available in 6 unit victorian home. Unit is the entire top half of the third floor of the building. All hardwood/laminate flooring throughout. Windows facing south, east and north, surround every room, allowing for great natural light. Unit has sloped ceilings and decorative fireplace, along with great ledges by the window. Large bedroom and large walk-in hallway closet, along with linen closet in the bathroom. Coin-op washer and dryer in the basement. Parking spaces are behind the building, along with fruit trees and grass space. Location is in the heart of Squirrel Hill, just around the corner from Giant Eagle, 61c and all Murray and Forbes ave restaurants and shops. The Squirrel Hills Farmers Market (June-October) is just up the street on Sundays. Great for walking, biking, or access to the bus, as well as access to green space, centrally located between Schenley Park and Frick Park. Great unit for working professionals or graduate students in the area. No pets. Off-street parking included. W/S/G and parking included. Actual total rent I pay is $1025, but I am looking to sublet it for $925. Tenant only pays electricity. Call Emily (608-335-8069) to schedule a viewing. Unit is available after Aug 30. Looking for someone to sublet the remainder of my 11 month lease (i.e. until July 29, 2017). I have lived here for 2 years, and it's a great location, but I am moving for work and need to find someone to take over my lease.
