The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

About the Listing Agent
Jonathan Khaw
First Team Real Estate
Real estate in California is always an adventure—every home feels like its own character in a movie. As a local agent in Southern California, I get a front-row seat to all of it, from “Wait… is that a bedroom?” to “Wow, this view just healed my soul.” Describing myself is always tricky, but people say I’m patient, caring, and a good listener. Personally, I think they’re just being polite—but I’ll let you decide. Fun fact: I’m a full-blown science nerd with a background in geology. I love traveling to different places to collect rocks and minerals. And when I say I have tons… I mean enough that I should probably stop before the floor collapses. I specialize in residential homes (whether you’re living in it or investing), vacant land (for future dreams or land banking), and light commercial properties. If it involves real estate and doesn’t explode, I’m probably into it.
