The yard is flat and dry with great sandy soil for growing. Renters must enjoy caring for flowerbeds, gardens and other lawn maintenance. Pets: Owner will consider one dog up to 25lbs., with good references from previous rentals with additional pet fee and pet deposit. No cats.
