Wonderful 3/4 acre yard and grounds including: large fenced-in yard with privacy hedge, 125' x 30' vegetable/flower garden, orchard with several types of fruit trees, 6 grape vines with 3 different varieties, potting/garden/play shed, very large garage with power (could be a nice workshop), chicken coop, that could house up for up to 30 of your own chickens. The yard is flat and dry with great sandy soil for growing. Renters must enjoy caring for flowerbeds, gardens and other lawn maintenance. Pets: Owner will consider one dog up to 25lbs., with good references from previous rentals with additional pet fee and pet deposit. No cats.
