Walking distance to Broadway, town park, Brush Creek Saloon, Boneyard trailhead, grand Castle Peak views, and right across from Eagle Valley Elementary School. Private separate entrance with electronic keypad, easy on- or off-street parking. The space is not large but there are windows with great natural light and comfortable temperatures year round. There is no laundry available on-site (Corky's Laundromat is an option). There is no dishwasher. The kitchen ceiling has an air duct at about 6' (watch your head). The bathroom is small (shower, no tub). The home is shared with a family and a friendly dog - the sound insulation is not great. It will be professionally cleaned and the carpets professionally cleaned. Rent is $1,650 per month, including all utilities (except internet/tv). First, last, and security deposit required to move-in ($4,950). Security deposit can be split between the first 2 months if that is better ($4,125, then $2,475, then $1,650 per month after that). Applicants should have stable income for 3x rent to qualify. 6- or 12-month lease, with option to extend. Pets considered for an additional $50 per month. Partial furnishings available if you're interested.
