This is a well-maintained townhome in a great location. Tucked in a cul-de-sac this unit offers a quiet atmosphere with very little traffic. Two car garage with keyless entry and additional parking located just across from the garage. Open space to the back of the unit. Additional storage available in the insulated crawl space. Large pantry right off the kitchen. Convenient laundry room right off the garage just across from a half bath. The large living room has newly refinished wood flooring giving the room a warm inviting feel along with a cozy fireplace for those cold winter nights. At the top of the stairs is a large linen closet. Upstairs are two large bedrooms and closets with a Jack N JIll bathroom and the master bedroom with a bathroom including a soak tub and a large walk-in closet. Open kitchen with large pantry. New lighting fixtures installed throughout the unit and light/fan in the master bedroom. No smoking and no pets. Tenant pays electric, gas and cable. We do not have an application fee, but do require all tenants 18 years old and older to have a credit/background check $32.95 and is non-refundable.
