The unit is newly renovated with wood floors, stainless steel appliances, and kitchen cabinets. The building has a shared laundry facilites located on the 2nd floor. There is also parking for additional cost of $125/month. The building is located just one block north of where Lake Shore Drive starts on Hollywood the in Edgewater neighborhood. The beach is just steps away from the building and you don't have to cross Lake Shore Drive to get there. A dog park is located within a 10 min walk from the building on Bryn Mawr and Lake Shore Drive. The CTA Thorndale Red Line stop and a Whole Foods are walking distance from the building and the CTA #147 express bus stop right on the corner in front of the building. The building management office is located on the 1st floor of the building. Should you have any issues, management is there to help! There is also maintenance staff that live in the building. We allow cats and dogs (dogs are $125.00 one-time fee). $50 Application fee, $350.00 Move-In Fee (if approved), no deposit.

Located at the tip of Lincoln Park and at the end of Lake Shore Drive, Edgewater developed during the late 1800s as a resort town for Chicago's prominent citizens.
