The condo comfortably sleeps 4 and includes flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms and the living room for cozy nights in. No pets/ No smoking. $3,000 per month includes utilities, price depends on length of lease. **Please note the HOA does plan construction on the pool and parking lot area Summer 2026** The prospective tenant has the right to provide to the landlord a portable tenant screening report not more than 30 days old, as defined in section 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and if the prospective tenant provides the landlord with a portable tenant screening report, the landlord is prohibited from: charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee.” C.R.S. 38-12-904(1.5)(a)(IV)(d).

Dillon is a small Colorado town that’s big on scenery, from the towering peaks of the Gore and Tenmile Mountain Ranges to the pristine water of the reservoir with the same name. With a population of under 1,000, tourists and locals will find Dillon as an endearing town in which to experience the raw beauty of Colorado.
The area’s biggest calling card is the unparalleled beauty around it. Skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and more bring in visitors and keep locals entertained. There’s a number of popular restaurants near Marina Park on the west side of the bay. Pug Ryan’s Tiki Bar, Arapahoe Café, and White Boots are just a few of the popular spots to fuel up before a day on the slopes.
