There is a dishwasher, microwave, glass-topped range, refrigerator, and double basin sink in the kitchen. Plenty of cupboard space and white Silestone countertops. The laundry room has a full-size, front-loading washer and dryer and there is plenty of storage space with shelving and cabinets. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a large soaker tub and a walk-in closet. The second bathroom also has a standard tub. The home is cooled with central AC. There is off-street parking. The community has a swimming pool, hot tub, and 24-hour fitness center. Live near the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge where you can see bison, deer, and lots of birds while going along the many miles of trails. The peaceful neighborhood is adjacent to Singletree Park which has a basketball half-court, picnic shelter, playground, and off-leash dog area. There is easy access to E-470 and I-70 and just minutes to DIA and lots of great dining and shopping opportunities are nearby. Other local attractions/venues include Green Valley Ranch Golf Club, Dick's Sporting Good Stadium, and Sprouts grocery (being developed on the corner of 56th and Tower Rd). Gaylord of the Rockies Resort is also within walking distance.
