Both of these bedrooms are carpeted contain large windows for plenty of natural light. There is a large storage area that will be available for tenant use starting November 2023 (ask Property Manager for details). The finished basement spans the length of the home and is finished. There are multiple rooms for storage, as well as an open room with large bar in the basement that makes entertaining a breeze! The bathroom in the basement contains a full functional sauna, which will be available for tenant use!
