Master Bedroom and Bath in addition to 3 other smaller bedrooms and a full bathroom, all on the first floor . Very large Living Room with a fireplace and a deck off the Living Room . Basement has finished Family Room with lots of storage and a functional bathroom (no shower or tub) . New carpet and vinyl in about half the house, shows very well . Large fenced backed yard with access off the deck . House is at the end of the block so virtually no traffic except neighbors. Directions: Take 56th Street to Van Dorn and go east on Van Dorn. Go several blocks to 58th Street and make a right and go one block to Otoe St and make a right. Stay on the same street as Otoe turns into 57th and then make a left on Dennis Drive. Literally Dennis Drive ends at 5730 and you will see the Best Choice sign in front. . Pet is possible but $35 additional non-refundable monthly fee but no pet deposit required .
