Includes kitchen sink, double burner and hot plate, small desk/dining table, 2 chairs, and expandable floor fan. BR Area: 1 brand new Samsung HD TV, 1 brand new daybed, 2 brand new under-bed drawers, 1 brand new wardrobe for hanging clothes, and 1 brand new giant mirror over daybed. Newly built BR includes, shower stall, toilet, sink, tile floor, 2 mirrors, and plenty of storage space. Wood laminate flooring in main area/kitchen and BR area. Private entrance behind a locked gate, shared back yard, back-deck access. WIFI, electricity/water included. Washer/dryer access on premises. Plenty of street parking with no hourly limits. Outdoor video security monitoring. This is a non-smoking property. No cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, or smoking of any kind is allowed in the guest house or on the property, whatsoever. I live in the main house next to the guest house. I am looking for the right fit as there will be occasional interactions passing in the laundry room and on shared exterior property.
