The unit includes: *Dedicated, fenced, and landscaped backyard. *Large and furnished sitting room with a fireplace and a large furnished dining area. *Kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, a dishwasher, a large sink, and a large refrigerator plus plenty of shelf space. *Bedroom is spacious, and contains a large closet. *The full bathroom containing a large bathtub and sink and a full wall mirror. The apartment is assigned one on-site parking spot that is used by the senior tenant in the unit. However, ample free parking is available on Claremont Avenue for the whole month except for the monthly sweeping day and on that day free parking would be available on the other side of the street. A washer and dryer are available in the building’s garage for use by all residents free of charge. The building is located near Rockridge Bart, and major stores on College Avenue. The monthly rent for the room is $1,400 and a 12-month lease is required for this rental.
