Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners or physical evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine. Parties and events are strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages. Noise detection monitors are present. Unapproved late checkout or unapproved early check-in will result in a charge of $100 per hour. Guests who knock on the wrong door or enter the wrong building and disturb other tenants will be subject to a $200 fine. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Moving of furniture isn't allowed, especially on the balcony, and violation will result in a $100 fine.
