About This Property

We're subletting our 3-bedroom, fully furnished townhome for the summer. The house has 1.5 baths (a full bathroom upstairs, and half a bathroom on the first floor). First Floor: living room, music/office area, kitchen, laundry room (washer and dryer), and a dining area with sliding doors overlooking the patio. Second Floor: 3 bedrooms: The main room has a queen bed, 2nd room has a full bed, and the third room has a daybed. The house is simply decorated and cozy, and has about everything you need! -We have been subletting for years and look for families or individuals who enjoy living clutter-free and are mindful of the space they occupy. - 5-persons max, no parties, quiet/close-knit neighborhood. -Pets (1) welcome but not allowed in bedrooms/upstairs floor. (Can only remain downstairs or out on the patio )*** -June, July, and the first 2 weeks of August,open to work on dates. -More Pics will be uploaded soon
