The kitchen has a breakfast bar that opens to the dining area and a large pantry closet. There are stainless steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher, glass topped range, and refrigerator. There are granite countertops with a deep stainless steel sink and tall faucet with a pull down sprayer. A half bathroom is on the main level along with a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Sliding glass doors in the dining area open onto the fully fenced backyard with patio. At the top of the stairs is a loft area perfect for a second living room or family room area. The primary bedroom has large walk in closet and 5 piece en suite bathroom that includes a double sink, glass walled shower and large soaking tub. The other two bedrooms share a second full bathroom. There is a large unfinished basement perfect for extra storage and a 2 car garage. The house is cooled by central AC. Located in the Central Park Neighborhood, you just a couple blocks from the Rocky Mountain Arsenal Wildlife Refuge where there are miles of trails and great wildlife viewing including a heard of bison and endangered black footed ferrets. Direct access to both I¬70 and I270 make getting around the metro area a bit easier. Downtown Denver is 10 miles southwest. The shops at Northfield are just 2 miles south and offers numerous restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options.
