If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged. Parties and events are prohibited at the home without prior approval. Guests will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
