About This Property
Extra large one bedroom with office available now!!! It has 3 floors, 2 private entrances, private driveway and huge yard. The other side of the duplex has their own stuff as well so the only thing you share is the backyard. Basement with washer and dryer and plenty of storage. Ground floor is your eat in kitchen and living room. You can enter through the back into your kitchen or the front into your living room. Upstairs is your office, den, walk in closet, or art studio (can not be used as another bedroom) then you have a full bath and a large bedroom. The backyard is huge! Again, It is shared with the other side of the duplex but already has fire pit and there has never been an issue sharing. Rent is $625 plus gas and electric. We pay water and trash. The only reason this is available is because our residents of 3 years bought a house. We are looking for someone to move in now and sign an extended lease. We are flexible through May into June. Our leases run from August to August so essentially you would be subleasing from now until August then your year lease starts but you must sign our lease in order to move in. This unit rents really fast and the tenants always stay for years so it will not be on the market long! Pictures are not the greatest so come see it in person!

Kent, Ohio carries the unmistakable pulse of a college town rooted in real history, sitting along the Cuyahoga River in the heart of Portage County. Kent State University anchors daily life here, drawing a steady mix of students, educators, and healthcare workers who all call this compact, 10-square-mile city home. Originally settled in 1805 as Franklin Mills, the city grew around water-powered industry and canal trade before evolving into the academic and cultural hub it is today. Kent State's May 4 memorial remains one of the most significant historical sites in the country, a reminder that this small city has carried genuine weight in American history.
Neighborhoods close to campus offer walkable streets lined with locally owned shops and coffee houses, while areas farther from the university feel quieter and more residential.
