There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor, plus a spacious 18 x 22 ft. FINISHED BASEMENT with its own bathroom & closet which can serve as a giant fourth bedroom, office, or family room. This townhome is about 1800 sq. feet, much larger than most others in the area. Note that we are not the similarily-named "University Village VIEW" complex. This very clean, quiet, unit comes with all Stainless Steel appliances, an electric glass top range, a side-by-side refrig, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, and a pantry. The kitchen opens to the living room, which has a built-in gas log fireplace and entertainment alcove, and a sliding door that gives access to a private patio and a huge grassy yard that's great for tiny people. There's also a clothes washer and dryer in the unit, an attached garage, plus additional outdoor parking in two lots on either side of the building. This townhome has central air conditioning, and blinds and window coverings. We're near Academy and Vickers, a five-minute drive to the giant Chapel Hills Mall, an easy trip to Petersen AFB and UCCS. No grass to cut, we pay for trash removal and landscape maintenance, you only pay for the utilities you need. A good credit history is required. No illicit drug use or growing in-home (No-Grow policy strictly enforced due to insurance). Pets are considered on an individual basis; but, per HOA rules, a maximum of (2) dogs, max weight of either is 35#, etc. Flexible lease terms go on a yearly basis, from springtime to springtime, and are renewable.
