This townhome has central air conditioning, and blinds and window coverings. We're near Academy and Vickers, a five-minute drive to the giant Chapel Hills Mall, an easy trip to Petersen AFB and UCCS. No grass to cut, we pay for trash removal and landscape maintenance, you only pay for the utilities you need. A good credit history is required. No illicit drug use or growing in-home (No-Grow policy strictly enforced due to insurance). Pets are considered on an individual basis; but, per HOA rules, a maximum of (2) dogs, max weight of either is 35#, etc. Flexible lease terms go on a yearly basis, from springtime to springtime, and are renewable.
