Note that we are not the similarily-named "University Village VIEW" complex. The kitchen opens to the living room, which has a built-in gas log fireplace and entertainment alcove, and a private patio and a huge grassy yard that's great for kiddies. This townhome has central air conditioning, and blinds and window coverings. We're near Academy and Vickers, a five-minute drive to the giant Chapel Hills Mall, an easy trip to Petersen AFB and UCCS. No grass to cut, we pay for trash removal and landscape maintenance, you only pay for the utilities you need. A good credit history is required.Pets are considered on an individual basis; but, per HOA rules, a maximum of (2) dogs, max weight of either is 35#, etc. Flexible lease terms on a yearly basis, from springtime to springtime, and are renewable.
